Dear Brewer,

Introducing a new beer fest to craft breweries these days can be a challenge. There are certainly plenty to choose from and we know how from experience that not all of them are planned with the breweries and their reps in mind.

We would like to start by promising you that we intend to host a true craft beer tasting and that we view YOU as our customers.  We want the public to enjoy the event and have some great features planned to ensure they do, but are primary goal is to hold this event every year and make it one to which YOU will want to return.

To that end, we would really like to pay for your beer.  But we can’t. Not in Year One anyway.  We truly hope that in future years we can do so, but for our first year, we hope you will understand.

Instead, we are doing everything else we can to make sure you and your people are treated properly. Lodging, meals and a convenient shuttle are all efforts in that direction.

We are also doing the little things: providing load-in and load-out assistance, hanging banners and “now pouring” signs, offering post-event consumer feedback, and more.

But the real treat is an After-Party for brewery reps and VIPs that we hope everyone attends. We will open the doors to the Liberty Belle at 10:30 and treat you to some food and drink aboard an authentic 19?? Mississippi Riverboat. The party is for you and your representatives and we plan to make it memorable.

We are also pleased to be working with St. Christopher’s Hospital and the Committee to Benefit the Children and can guarantee that the money we will be donating to that wonderful charity will go directly to severely ill children and their families.

We are always interested in your suggestions on how to make this a better event and we invite you to call us anytime with questions or feedback.
