Festival Rules
- Must
have Driver's License or Other Government Issued form of I.D.
that verifies legal drinking age of 21.
- Beware
of “driving while intoxicated laws”and plan accordingly.
- Promotional photos and video will be taken at the event and you
grant permission for your likeness to be used.
- Pace
yourself, this is a sampling event.
- Drink
Responsibly, Know Your Limits!
- We
reserve the right in our discretion, to remove any individuals
for including but not limited to intoxication, fighting and rudeness. You
will be escorted out of the event and not allowed back in!
- Must be properly attired.
- We
reserve the right to check all bags.
- No
pets allowed.
- No
outside glassware allowed.
- You
get one souvenir glass for this event. Replacement glasses are
$5.00 each
FAQs
Is
The Event Indoor or Outdoor?
The
Philadelphia Beer Festival will be an indoor event at the Philadelphia
Cruise Terminal in the Philadelphia Naval Yard. There is
also a fenced in outdoor area for smokers (smoking is only permitted
in this area).
What does admission include?
You
will pay one fee to get in. You will receive a souvenir four oz. tasting
glass with a two ounce pour line. You are welcome to sample any beer
that the brewers have.
Liberty
Belle Catering will have food for purchase. Food does not come
with the price of admission.

Is there an age limit to get into the show?
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance into the show,
this includes designated drivers who must be at least 21 years of
age.
What is the rate for the Designator Drivers?
Designated
Drivers will be charged $10 dollars per ticket.
How does the Designated Driver ticket work?
The
designated driver ticket works the following way. The designated driver
pays $10 to get in. The designated driver receives a different color
wristband to get in. They receive a free bottle of water.
They are able to enjoy all the activities of the festival except they
are not allowed to drink any beer. Any designated driver ticket holder
who breaks the designated driver rule will be immediately removed from
the festival.
If I buy one ticket am I allowed to go to both sessions?
A
ticket can only be used once for the session purchased.

Yes,

I still buy tickets for this event?
No. Both sessions are currently sold out. NO
TICKETS WILL BE FOR SALE AT THE DOOR.

What
time do the door open for each session?
Doors open at 11:30 AM for Session 1 (Session begins at 12PM)
Doors open at 5:30 PM for Session 2 (Session begins at 6PM)
Where
is the Philadelphia Navy Yard located?
The Philadelphia Cruise Terminal is located at 5100 South Broad
Street, Philadelphia, PA 19112.
Is
there taxi service available to and from the Navy Yard?
Yes, it is recommended that all attendees take advantage of public
transportation for the festival. Here are the phone numbers for

How
do I get to the Philadelphia Navy Yard?
Complimentary bus shuttle service will be available to festival
attendees from the Broad & Pattison SEPTA station to the Philadelphia
Cruise Terminal venue. Shuttles from Broad & Pattison will begin
at 11:00 AM and run continuously through 2:00 PM for Session 1.
They will begin again at 5:00 PM and run continuously through 8:00
PM for Session 2. The return shuttles back to Broad & Pattison
will begin at 3:00 PM and run through 4:30 PM for Session 1 and
again from 9:00 PM through 10:30 PM for Session 2. For more info

Is
the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is
there parking at the Navy Yard?
Yes, there is parking at the venue. There is a $10 parking fee collected
by the Navy Yard for parking.
